1. Mix these ingredients in a large bowl.
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (or dice fresh tomatoes)
- 1 can of corn (unsalted) or use frozen corn
- 3 ripe avocados (cut up)
- Guacamole mix (Use less or more to season)
- Seasonings (Black Pepper, Texas Pete, Oregano)
